SHIPPING: Goods are shipped UPS ground, fully insured, unless otherwise requested. In stock orders are shipped within three to five working days upon processing of payment.

RETURN POLICY: Tom Horn Collection does its best to make sure you’ll be satisfied with every purchase. However, if any item does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return it to us, with proof of purchase, unused, within 30 days for an exchange. Please email returns@tomhorncollection.com  to receive information on how to exchange your item. We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and the information on how to send back your purchase.

GUARANTEE: Tom Horn Collection products are made to ensure satisfaction and durability for the natural life of the product. We fully guarantee our products for defects in workmanship associated with normal usage for up to one year. Outside that guarantee there is a charge for all repairs.
